Inquiries from law enforcement and the press are welcome. However, while we appreciate continuing feedback, we encourage those who are being recruited into specific MLM "opportunities" to read and apply these reports to answer questions about their legitimacy. 
     Besides, the pattern of systemic flaws in these programs is so consistent that I have found myself repeating the same answers over and over again. The guides posted on this site are sufficiently generalizable to specific MLM programs that one can use them to perform his/her own evaluation.
    You would be wise to ignore the claims of superior products, glistening endorsements of famous people, or qualifications of company officers. They are not the primary cause of the losses experienced by over 99% of participants. 
     Look instead at the compensation plan. After reading these guides and other materials of interest, a careful study of the MLM's compensation plan should lead to a smart decision on whether or not to participate.
     If  you are recruited by a major MLM that is not evaluated on  this site, please send me their compensation plan, and if time allows, we will report my evaluation of how it compares with the "5 Red Flags." But you would be wise to do your own evaluation before looking at ours, following the "5-step do-it-yourself evaluation" that is provided.

The research, guides, humor, and analyses are supplied free of charge for downloading or printing; the only real payback is knowing that someone was helped by it. 
     There is one more thing you can do to spread the truth to consumers who are being recruited into inherently flawed schemes. That is to use the conversation cards (See Actions Your Can Take #9) to encourage five people to visit this site, then ask each of them to refer five more, and each of them still five more, etc. We can beat MLM promoters at their own game. Let all of us promote an endless chain of truth-telling.
